This application is developed and operated by The Stallion App.
1. Overview & Payment Processors
These Terms of Service govern your use of The Stallion app and website. Payments are handled by two separate entities depending on the point of purchase:
Website Pre-Orders: Our online pre-order process is conducted by our reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for website orders and handles related customer service and returns.
In-App Purchases: Once the mobile application launches, standard subscriptions will be processed directly through Apple's In-App Purchase system. These transactions are subject to Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions, and Apple handles all related billing and refunds.
2. Pre-Orders & Delivery Expectation
The current offer for The Stallion is a pre-order for a digital software product. The application is currently in development. By purchasing the Founding Member Lifetime Deal, you secure access to "Batch 001." The targeted delivery and App Store launch date is April 2026. You will be notified via the email used at checkout the moment the app is available for download.
3. Refund Policy
Pre-Launch: If Stallion doesn't launch, you get a full refund — no questions asked.
Post-Launch: If it does launch and it's not for you, you have 14 days from the moment it hits the App Store to request your $29.99 back.

4. "Lifetime" Access Definition
The "Founding Member Lifetime Deal" grants the purchaser access to the core features of The Stallion app for the lifetime of the software product. "Lifetime" refers to the lifespan of The Stallion application and company, not the lifespan of the purchaser. If The Stallion ceases operations or discontinues the app, this lifetime access will conclude.
5. Medical & Liability Disclaimer
The Stallion is a data-tracking and analytics tool designed for informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The Stallion and its creators are not certified personal trainers or medical professionals. By using The Stallion, you acknowledge that weightlifting carries inherent risks of injury. You assume full responsibility for your actions, form, and safety on the gym floor. The Stallion and its creators are not liable for any injuries or damages sustained while using the application.
6. Account Usage & Restrictions
Your purchase of the Founding Member Lifetime Deal is for a single, individual license. You may not share your login credentials, resell your account, or distribute access to others. Violation of this rule will result in the immediate termination of your account without a refund.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Tunisia. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Tunisia.
